Jane Ilene Cohen, Ph.D., was originally from Chicago, Illinois, growing up in Highland Park. She has lived in Southern California since 1970.

Jane was in the Peace Corps in Peru in the 60’s, and lived in a spiritual community for 22 years beginning in the early 70’s. She was the founder of the Conscious Healing Network, and a Master Life Teacher at the Panacea School of Life. She was a Relationship and Spirituality Expert Panelist for the Living Consciously TV show for 2 years, which originated out of Denver, Colorado.

Jane holds a Masters degree in Metaphysical Sciences and a Doctorate in Transpersonal Counseling. She received her NLP & TimeLine Master Practitioners, as well as Master Hypnotherapy, Certification from Dr. Tad James. She is also certified as a non-denominational Minister through the University of Metaphysical Sciences.

Her articles (as well as poems) have been published in “The Light Connection,” “Vision Magazine,” “Awareness Magazine,” “San Diego Bride & Groom,” “SpiralMuse,” The Heart of a Woman, The Heart of a Mother, The Heart of the Holidays, and The Heart of a Woman in Business (anthologies compiled by Sheryl Roush), EzineArticles.com, and Selfgrowth.com.  Dr. Cohen received an Award of Excellence from Mo Bailey and Write4Good Communications for her article “Sexual Energy: Reality versus Illusion.”

Jane is also the Founder of the Life Is Designed to Work thought system, which is the spiritual foundation of all of the work she does. She has written a book called, “Your Life Is Designed to Work: A Psychological and Spiritual Guide,” which is published on Amazon.
